Shortly after graduating college with a degree in Accounting, he realized that he was not meant to sit in an office all day. Pat has a knack for figuring things out. Whether its a large scale project like finding a leak in a newly constructed condo’s green roof, or smaller scale tinkering with garbage disposal malfunctions, Pat is a problem solver while simultaneously maintaining professionalism and courtesy with owners, tenants and vendors. She was a bookseller, a restaurant event planner/manager and an ad sales and distribution manager for local publications. She’s known for her follow through and attention to detail. Chris, one of our property managers, has the perfect combination of customer service administration and hands-on repair skills. Originally from the Jersey shore, he came to Philadelphia to attend La Salle University and loved the city so much he decided to make it his permanent home after graduating. He himself is a landlord of a couple of properties in North Philly so he came to us with first-hand knowledge on how to best deal with property maintenance issues and tenant expectations from a landlord’s point of view. He is knowledgeable in the Philadelphia maintenance code requirements as well as many aspects surrounding basic carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, so he can often diagnose issues right away, an invaluable trait in this business. Before coming to JG Real Estate, he worked as an analyst at a supply chain consulting firm and when he is not working, he spends his time doing home improvement projects, working on his old car and finding new places to eat.

Born and raised in the Fishtown area, Ashley has seen first hand the growth and potential of Philadelphia neighborhoods. Her interest in real estate and interior design was sparked by watching her mother practice as a licensed agent and deepened during her own property purchasing experience. Today she works closely with real estate developers, gaining experience behind the scenes in the rehabilitation, construction and sale aspects of the field. Excited to be part of the JG Real Estate Team, Ashley is looking forward to using her knowledge to help others find their perfect housing fit.

Max comes to JG from a real estate family. Having grown up with landlords for parents, you could say he got into the game early. Max studied history at Rutgers University, and, after graduating, moved to Philadelphia to teach high school math and pursue his Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania. Once in the city, Max caught the real estate bug and started buying rental properties in Fishtown and Port Richmond. Now Max is a licensed agent, and also coaches wrestling at Mariana Bracetti Academy Charter School and the Philadelphia PAL Rizzo Center. He’s ready to use his experience and expertise to help you buy or sell your home!

Jack studied Economics and Criminal Justice at Temple University. After graduation, he discovered his interest in Real Estate and stumbled upon JGRE. Starting out in property management for JG, he is now a full-time agent and is doing what he likes best: talking to new people, getting out in the city every day, and helping prospects find a place they can call home. During his downtime, Jack enjoys spending time with friends, going for runs, listening to music, and being Philly’s #1 Packers fan (embarrassing, we know).

Marie is originally from Panama but moved to Philadelphia in 2005. This is when her passion for Real Estate began. In her 18 years in Philadelphia, Marie has witnessed extremely exciting changes in this city. This led her to become part of this movement and pursue her career in Real Estate.
