Mike was exposed to real estate at an early age by his grandfather who owned and operated a chain of auto parts stores throughout Philadelphia – his grandfather instilled in him the excitement and potential in owning the ‘bricks’.

Mike is a developer and investor who has completed many real estate projects throughout the Philadelphia region in addition to representing other developers and builders in acquiring, formulating strategy, and ultimately marketing their projects.

Mike got his start in real estate finance and eventually pivoted to his true love which is being hands on in development and rehab projects.   He maintains an expertise in marketing, sales, leasing, construction and finance and imparts these skills in every transaction he represents.
