Unlike some agents who just put the listing on the MLS and wait for other agents to show it, we use very proactive measures to get your place as many views as possible. In addition to postings on real estate sites like Zillow, Trulia,, Craigslist, etc. we also do e-mail blasts to our existing database of buyers, investors, tenants and agents, social media updates (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and some targeted outbound marketing efforts like postcard mailings.

    2. Showings are performed by motivated, licensed and experienced real estate agents who are working for your best interest. The traditional 9-5 model means nothing to JG Real Estate. We keep our schedules flexible, often showing properties during the early morning, late at night, and during the weekend. You are also never left in the dark on the status of your property. At least once a week you’ll receive feedback from our agents with how many showings occurred, what the feedback was and what their professional suggestions are for moving forward.
