Once a month, our Director of Operations, Gwen, and our Director of Business Development, Ariel, host a Facebook Live Event tackling different real estate topics and allowing viewers to ask questions. In Episode 2, they focused on landlords. A large part of JG Real Estates business is Property Management, so we know the ins and outs of handling multiple properties and tenants! Gwen and Ariel are also investment property owners themselves, and know what its like being a landlord. They offer their expertise, both professional and personal.
