Every single listing we take gets, and deserves, an incredible amount of attention, be it rental or sale. What we do goes way beyond our competition, and we never stop trying to improve ourselves. Take a look below for some the unique services we offer our valued clients:

Professional photography –  We take awesome pictures of all new listings with a digital SLR camera and wide angle lens.  Prospects will see your property in a whole different light. Don’t trust the sale or rental of your property to an agent who’s idea of marketing includes iPhone or blackberry pictures.

Video tours- We’ll take a full vide tour of your listing in HD quality and link to it in all advertisements. This means that every showing is quality; the prospect has already been on a virtual walkthrough, so they have a pretty good idea of what they are getting!

Featured listings through Zillow – JG has a marketing agreement with Zillow.com which allows our listings to be featured, this creates signifcantly more traffic than standard listings on the site.

Online advertising- In addition to www.JG-RealEstate.com and Zillow, listings go up on a plethora of sites including but not limited to: Postlets, Trulia, Hotpads, Realtor.com, Craigslist, Frontdoor, Oodle, Facebook, Twitter, Vast, Yahoo Real Estate.

Showings by an agent who cares: Most showings are done by the broker and owner, Jared Gruber. This means that someone motivated, energetic, and invested is showing your property as your representative. Jared keeps his schedule flexible to accommodate the needs of clients, often showing properties during the early morning, late at night, and during the weekend. The traditional 9-5 business model means nothing to JG Real Estate.
